Aeropak d.o.o. has opened its new factory in Palic, Serbia. The new factory has production and warehouse space of about 10,000 m2 and it uses modern production technology.
The factory produces tinplate aerosol cans in specified range:
- 45 mm
- 49 mm
- 52 mm
- 57 mm
- 65 mm in diameter, heights from 100-300 mm
The manufacturing line for can production has been installed, while the official opening ceremony is scheduled for the beginning of 2019. Total production capacity exceeds 35 million units annually.
The following standards are being implemented as we speak:
- ISO 9001:2015
- ISO 14001:2015
- 45001:2015
- HACCP
Additional certification comes from cooperation with the Faculty of technology, Novi Sad, which is our scientific partner in ensuring our production meets the highest demands of the global markets. Our quality control department ensures highest performance at each step of the production process.
A lot of effort was expended during construction in order to achieve sustainability and a high level of environmental protection. The company recycles all of its tinplate waste, copper wires, and other waste materials. The plant is heated up on renewable energy sources.

- 3-piece tinplate cans with or without lithography in 6 colors
- Sleeve labels
- External or internal lacquer
