The management of Aeropak d.o.o. has decided to issue the following statement due to frequent enquiries by our customers, with regards to the global pandemic.
AEROPAK d.o.o. is currently still operating in full capacity, without production delays. We are experiencing some difficulties with transport, since our colleagues from the forwarding companies are burdened with border crossing delays, but with timely planning we should not have any delays for our loyal customers.
For first-time customers, we can provide delivery estimates for first orders, as precisely as possible at the moment. However, we expect the situation to normalize for the following order requests.
With regard to the responsibilities arising from the current situation, we assure our customers, as well as our families – that AEROPAK d.o.o. is adhering to all recommendations issued by the WHO and local authorities about the precautionary measures of protection from the Coronavirus. Luckily, our company is not in a hot spot of the pandemic, which allows us to continue working relatively normally.
